Making an Easter Bunny Cake with the Kids

You guys, I don’t even know when the topic of cake first came up, but somehow we’ve been talking about making an Easter cake now for like two weeks lol, so today I finally got around to whipping one up for the babes.

Baking with toddlers easily takes twice as long, but also twice the memories. When I was about to start frosting, Enzo took his Binky and dipped it into the frosting. Romeo actually had a really steady hand today and did great with helping me with the frosting and adding on the little icy embellishments.

Bella was the one who had been asking me about the cake nonstop, including at 8 AM this morning, yet she hasn’t even taken a bite of her slice. I really think she just loves the idea of sweets more than she actually likes sweets.
